McDonald’s makes the largest modification to the Big Mac in decades.

What’s for dinner? The truth is that most people today eat outside, and fast food is the first option for meeting our cravings. McDonald’s has established itself as one of the best and most well-known fast food restaurant businesses in the world, and now, decades later, they are announcing a modification to their renowned Big Mac. The remainder of the restaurant’s menu stays unchanged, but the alteration with the Big Mac is reported to be related to how it is made and how the materials within it are cooked.

Adjustments include adding onions on top of each burger while grilling to add taste, as well as adjusting the sear on the beef patties. This will supposedly produce “the most delicious burgers yet.” These improvements may be minor, but the restaurant claims they will enhance the juiciness and flavor of their best-selling product. The changes come as McDonald’s approaches its 50th anniversary.

So far, the adjustments have been implemented in the United States and Australia. The enhanced burgers will be available in the UK beginning in mid-March, so if you are a McDonald’s fan, make sure to try them first. Gareth Pearson, Chief Restaurant Officer of McDonald’s UK&I, stated, “As we commemorate McDonald’s 50th anniversary in the UK, we are thrilled to present our improved classic beef burgers.

“We’re constantly innovating and improving our menu and we found that a collection of complementary small improvements to the iconic burgers make a significant difference to the flavor.””Another important aspect of this change has been how we can support our restaurant teams in providing the greatest possible customer experience.

“Not only have we introduced new kitchen technology, but we’ve also retrained all 177,000 crew members on these new procedures to enable them to serve our best burgers yet.” What are your thoughts about this? Are you excited to sample the new, better Big Mac?
