Tom Cruise may have discovered true love again 15 years after his divorce from Katie Holmes, with reports indicating that his relationship with Elsina Khayrova, 36, is genuine. Late last year, we reported on allegations that Cruise was in love with his new Russian socialite lover when they were photographed together at a party in Mayfair, London. At the time, the couple was considered to be “inseparable”.
That came after Cruise’s name was floated alongside Columbian music sensation Shakira (who was recently divorced) and Mission: Impossible co-star Hayley Atwell. Neither rumor, however, appeared to have much weight. If recent claims are to be believed, it is time to put such rumors to bed once and for all, with insiders saying that Cruise and Khayrova are now officially dating.
“It’s well known within Elsina’s circle that she and Tom are now an item,” one source told the Daily Mail. “They’ve grown very close over the past few weeks but take great care not to be photographed together because they want to keep their privacy,” the insider said, adding that Cruise has been staying at Khayrova’s $12 million apartment.The insider continued, “Tom has been spending the night in Elsina’s apartment, which, as you might imagine, is a stunning location.
They like spending time together and, despite their riches, engage in many of the same activities as other couples. However, the couple is said to prefer to keep their romance covert, as they have not been caught posing for photos together. Khayrova, a former model with British citizenship, divorced her business mogul ex-husband, Dmitry Tsvetkov last year.
Her name made headlines in 2022 when she appeared in court and was sentenced to pay a large cost of £117,000 ($149.50) to a company that put fountains in one of her and her ex-spouse’s homes. Cruise has been married three times: first to Mimi Rogers from 1987 to 1990, and then to Nicole Kidman for 11 years from 1990 to 2001. The actor and Scientologist was married to Katie Holmes from 2006 until 2012, but he has been alone since their split.
According to the Daily Mail, Khayrova’s ex-husband issued a warning to Tom Cruise and anyone else who may date his former girlfriend in the future. “Whether she’s dating Tom Cruise or anyone else, they should be aware that she enjoys the finer things in life and has expensive and elegant taste. Tom should keep his eyes and pocketbook wide open,” Tsvetkov advised the Mail. “I’m happy for her, I wish her all the best.”
