Potsticker Noodle Bowls

Everyone has a go-to order when they visit their favorite Asian restaurant, and we know that if we go there, we’ll order at least two potstickers. We can’t get enough of the pan-fried and steamed dumplings, loaded to the full with pork and vegetables, so we created a potsticker-inspired dish to make at home anytime we have a craving. Potsticker noodles!

Instead of wrapping tens of dumplings ourselves (which is possible but time-consuming), we used rice noodles and all of the standard filler ingredients to create a whole dinner out of what is traditionally simply an appetizer. Pork, ginger, egg, red pepper flakes, cabbage, green onions, ginger, and garlic are all in the mix, and when paired with rice noodles,

the flavors you know and love from classic potstickers are reinvented and transformed into an addictively delicious and satisfying main meal.When using rice noodles, be sure to follow the package guidelines; unlike regular noodles, rice noodles must soak in warm water, so you can simply leave them to soak while you prepare the pork filling.

Brown the pork, then add the seasoning and greens. Allow everything to cook together so the flavors may blend and build. Toss everything together with the noodles, and there you have it. Potsticker noodle bowls that taste exactly like your favorite food, but will fill you up!
