1. He keeps his cell phone out of sight. While no one enjoys being checked in private, it is a different story if they are afraid to leave their phone unsecured while with you. A man who does not hide anything will leave his cell phone on the table and quietly use the restroom, even if a girl is sitting next to him. A man who struggles to leave his cell phone near to a girl is usually hiding something.

2. He flirts with everybody. If he is more charming than he should be and tries to impress every girl he encounters, he may be mistaken. A man might be charming and devoted, but be cautious.

3. He instantly began criticizing you. Everything suddenly becomes important to him, including how you eat and dress. If he continuously criticizes you and tells you what to do, he is most likely trying to shift attention away from his negative behavior.

4. He constantly forgets things. Did he forget your birthday, your favorite restaurant, or a project you completed together? Alternatively, he forgets the promises he made to you. If this happens too often, take it as a warning.

5. He does not respond to your calls. If he hides from you when you call him or does not answer, you should be concerned. Perhaps he frequently changes the password on his phone and “forgets” it in the car or at work. Believe your intuition when he tells you something is wrong, since he is usually correct.
