If you haven’t noticed, we’ve been on a jello craze lately and show no signs of slowing off anytime soon. It’s so nostalgic for us, and there are so many different flavors, which means so many various ways to use them. We chose with the classic blueberry cloud salad, which consists of a layer of mixed berry jello topped with a layer of cream cheese and cool whip, transforming the entire dish into a fruity cloud.
While many of our other jello confections have a crunchy bottom layer, we believe this one is great as itself! You can use almost any combination of flavors you want, but we prefer a berry variety with a tropical twist; blackberry jello, crushed pineapple, and blueberry pie filling are all mixed together until they set into a nice layer,
before getting a cheesecake-like treatment with the cream cheese and frozen whipped topping coating that is spread on top. These layers are a match made in heaven—tangy, sweet, and the ideal complement to the fruity, juicy bottom!
