Cowboy Stew

As previously said, you have three types of meat going on here. First, crisp up the bacon in your pot before using the drippings to brown the cut kielbasa sausages. Then there’s ground beef, which is cooked with onions and garlic.

You brown the beef in batches, but after that’s done, it’s time to combine everything in the saucepan. There’s chili powder, crushed tomatoes, sweet corn, green chiles, and potatoes, but what I really appreciate about it is that it utilizes baked beans rather than canned beans.

There’s a lot of flavor in one pot.To achieve the desired level of taste, simmer for around one hour. It’s a rich, salty, meaty, and smokey stew, yet the sweetness of corn, tomatoes, and soft potatoes counterbalances the heartiness. It’s hearty, filling, and wonderful.
