There’s nothing better than a handmade loaf of bread. There’s no incorrect way to eat it, whether with soup or simply spread in butter. It only takes a few minutes to prepare and is really flavorful. Let’s see how it’s manufactured! The beautiful thing about this recipe is that you probably have all of the ingredients on hand. You’ll start with the basics: flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.

Mix until completely blended, then add the flavor! Pour in your preferred 12-ounce beer, a handful of chopped chives, and slightly more than a cup of shredded cheddar cheese. Stir everything together until no dry spots remain, then transfer the dough to a prepared bread pan. No kneading is essential!

Bake for approximately 40 minutes, or until the loaf is perfectly golden on top and cooked through the center. I know the bread smells fantastic at this point, but it’s better to let it cool for at least 15 minutes before cutting into it. After cooling, cut into robust pieces and serve with your favorite soup, spaghetti, or as a filling snack. Give this simple Beer Cheese Bread a try; it’s sure to become a new favorite in your recipe collection.
