We’ve all fantasized about having that perfect makeover moment, and for one lucky man, that fantasy became a jaw-dropping reality when Rachael Ray picked him from the audience for a makeover that had him and his wife in tears. Kyan Douglas, star of Queer Eye, gave a stunning makeover to an audience member on the Rachael Ray Show.

The man, who appeared to be fresh off the set of Duck Dynasty, arrived on stage wearing denim overalls, shaggy long hair, and a dirty beard to match. Despite his tough façade, the diligent man had a big heart and admits that he let his appearance go between the cracks. “How far are you willing to go, my friend?” asked the host of the man, who appeared on stage with his wife, Douglas, the hairdresser, and Elena Lizares, the founder of Razzle Dazzle Barbershop.

“Are you willing to go naked up here,” Ray inquired, alluding to his shaggy hair. “You want a little beard left, or what?” The man said without hesitation, “She married me with nothing on my face; I’m willing to go that far,” as the audience exploded in “awes,” and praised his readiness to go the distance. The big reveal.
When he eventually returned to the stage for the big reveal of his makeover, he had transformed from gruff and ready to sleek and refined.

The man was freshly shaven, with crisp short hair, and dressed in black slacks, a gray sweater, and a black leather jacket. When he was requested to turn around and stare at the large screen behind him, he felt his smooth face before wiping away his tears. The camera turned across to his wife, who was sitting in the audience and witnessing the incredible scene.

After wiping the tears from her eyes, she dashed up to the platform and hugged her lovely husband after his transformation. “You got sexy back,” Lizares told the man, who was still holding his wife in his arms. “I’ve been razzle dazzled,” he quipped.
