A Man With Serious Anger Management Issues Starts Crying When He Sees What A Radiologist Discovered In His Brain Scans

After years of yelling at his wife, “pushing her in the face,” starting fights, and threatening her, a guy discovered he had a significant brain disease. After eight years of marriage, Natasha had had enough and contacted Dr. Phil to find out what was wrong with her irascible husband, Brenden. She has remained with him despite the abuse, and Brenden admits that his aggressive outbursts occur when he is nervous. “I’m hoping for some type of outcome for myself and my family,” he said during his visit on Dr. Phil.

Dr. Bradley Jabour, one of the world’s leading neuroradiologists, performed his brain MRI and explained his expectations at the time. He stated, “For some reason, this anxiety and fear just torments you, causing you to behave out and possibly injure those people you care about. The question for me today is, “Is your brain structurally normal?” “So we have these strong tools that can look at the architecture of your brain while simultaneously providing information about how your brain functions. So we’re looking for any conceivable signs of brain injury that could be caused by something other than the real event.”

“Brendan, tomorrow’s scan with Dr Phil will last four minutes. We’ll have all of the data together, and we’ll be able to analyze it and offer him with a road plan of what would be helpful.” When the results were delivered to the studio, everyone was stunned, including Brenden, who was filled with emotion. “I was surprised, you know, in talking to Brenden initially, and he mentioned that he had never had any experience of an impactful head trauma,” Jabour recounted to Dr. Phil.

“And we see evidence that looks like at some point somewhere, somebody should sit with Brenden and try and find out, when did he get a hit on the head or knocked unconscious, possibly something that maybe he doesn’t remember, but it probably did happen, because there’s several of these areas of gliosis were scar tissue.”
