Throw raw chicken breasts into a casserole with these 4 ingredients. This recipe is like magic and it tastes incredible,!

You’ve heard us wax poetic about having amazing dishes that can be tossed together quickly and with as little effort as possible, and we’ve got an awesome recipe for you today that meets all of those requirements! No-peek chicken. If the name seems strange at first, it rapidly clears out after hearing how this chicken is created. This recipe requires only five ingredients (excluding salt and pepper), a little over an hour, one 9×13 pan, and one piece of aluminum foil, and it’s incredibly delicious!

To begin, you’ll need boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, a box of Uncle Ben’s long grain wild rice (with spice package), a can of cream of mushroom soup, and a can of cream of celery soup. Aside from those fundamental ingredients, all you need is water, salt, and pepper! Combine your liquids, stir in the rice and seasoning packet, and spread into the casserole dish.

Arrange the chicken, then, as the name implies, cover the dish snugly with aluminum foil. Put it in the oven for an hour and 30 minutes, and don’t peek! We know the cooking time sounds excessive, especially because you can usually prepare chicken in under 30 minutes, but trust us, this is the way to do it. The liquid, and therefore all of the taste, are gradually absorbed by the rice, and because the dish is so securely packed, all of the condensation is reabsorbed by the meat, resulting in moist, juicy chicken that could not be dry if it tried.

This recipe works like magic and tastes fantastic, as you will see. You just need to make one fast trip to the grocery, and then you can sit back and relax once everything is in the oven. Enjoy!
