Soup to reduce bad cholesterol

Heat the olive oil in a big pot over medium-high heat. Add the onion and cook until transparent. Sauté the garlic, bell pepper, ginger, cumin, and sweet paprika for another 2 minutes.

Bring the pumpkin and the chicken or vegetable broth to a boil. Reduce the heat to a simmer for about 20 minutes, or until the pumpkin is soft. I’ve included the video below.
