Soldier Stops At Taco Bell To Order Meal, but suddenly Hears Two Boys Walk In and…

Two young boys, aged 9 and 13, from Fort Benning, Georgia, wanted to help collect donations for their church so that it could aid people in need. So, during a bake sale, the guys went into a nearby Taco Bell and asked if consumers there wanted to purchase their goods. But something about those lads piqued the interest of Army Lt. Col. Robert Risdon.

They seemed to be quite chilly, and they were both drenched from the nearby showers. So he inquired whether they had had supper yet. When they said no, he led them to the counter and purchased them some food.

Someone person at the restaurant videotaped the scene and shared it online, adding, “I had to capture it and share.” Our military are constantly looking after us.” After everybody had finished their meals, the 9-year-old youngster turned to the lieutenant colonel and said and did something that touched everyone’s heart.

“I want to be exactly like you when I grow up,” he remarked. He then saluted the soldier. I’m sure Lt. Col. Risden was taken aback. And I’m sure it’ll be something he remembers.
