A thrift store can have everything from a cute sweater to a gently used couch and everything in between. Have you ever looked through the paintings and prints available at thrift stores? Many people nowadays only look at the frames, hoping to get a good deal on a fancy frame they can use for another project and skipping the painting entirely.

However, some of these prints are far more valuable than you might think! We’ll never know how they ended up at a thrift store, but that doesn’t mean you can’t take advantage of the opportunity! The video below shows two people who bought prints at a thrift store that ended up being very valuable.
The first man was fortunate enough to obtain an original Salvator Rosa print. The original is worth around $5,000, but the version he discovered had been cut down and glued to another surface. It was still worth around $500 in the end!

The second lady discovered an antique Japanese wood print. Learn more about their stories and how to spot original paintings and prints worth hundreds or even thousands of dollars in the video below!
