One of my favorite childhood snacks Orange Creamsicle Fudge

One of my favorite childhood snacks was a cool Creamsicle on a hot summer day. The combination of tangy-sweet citrus and creamy vanilla core in that popsicle is simply fantastic. Good news: we’re bringing you the same delectable combo but in the shape of fudge! It’s not as cool, but it’s still extremely creamy and can now be sliced. (And it only takes four ingredients and a microwave to create it.)

The four ingredients are: a can of vanilla frosting, white chocolate chips, orange food coloring, and orange essence. See, you’re really simply preparing one batch of fudge and then modifying the flavor and color of some of it before swirling it all back together.

Simply melt the frosting and white chocolate in the microwave before adding in the orange extract. You keep some of the fudge and add food coloring to the rest. Spoon them both onto a baking pan and lightly swirl them together, then chill! (The fudge, that is, but you can definitely relax while you wait.)

This version has the same creamy vanilla and citrus flavor as the popsicle but with a richer and fudgier texture. A bite of this brings back memories of relaxing by the pool on a hot summer day, but in fudge form, these flavors can be enjoyed all year.
