A man takes a seat in a diner and requests a bowl of hot chili. The waitress apologizes, informing you that the person sitting next to you has already taken the last bowl. The man glances over and notices that the other man has polished off his meal, while the bowl of chili remains untouched. He inquires, “Are you planning on consuming that chili?”

Another man responds, “Sure, go ahead and take it.” He playfully nudges the bowl of chili towards himself and eagerly digs in. It’s absolutely mouthwatering – the most incredible chunky chili he’s had in ages. As he reaches the halfway point, his spoon unexpectedly encounters an obstacle.

To his utter shock, he glances downwards only to find a lifeless mouse floating in the bowl. Without a moment’s hesitation, he regrettably expels all the chili back into the bowl. Then the other guy responds, “Yeah, that’s as far as I managed to go as well.”
