All being said, a recent on-camera meeting between Nicole Kidman and Salma Hayek at Paris Fashion Week has gone viral, allegedly showing the two fighting.
The video in question, which has been circulating on social media sites this month, shows Hayek posing for photos with Kidman and music icon Katy Perry during a Balenciaga show during Paris Fashion Week. However, Kidman, 57, seemed to have had enough of the flashing cameras, and what she did after turning her back has the entertainment world abuzz.
Perhaps no setting is more appropriate for a female A-lister to display her claws than a world-renowned fashion week. In any event, Nicole Kidman reportedly did in Paris, when she was caught on camera attempting to flee a paparazzi photo-op with Salma Hayek, 58, and Katy Perry, 39. In a video that has gone viral, Kidman tries to leave the situation, but Hayek wraps her arm around her and steers her back towards the cameras. The photographer then requests a “one more” photo of the trio.
Kidman, on the other hand, appears to be in a bad mood, as she brushes Hayek’s hand away before walking away.According to sources, Kidman murmured something to Hayek during the discussion, though her exact words are unknown. Later in the clip, Hayek says, “Yes please – advice,” to which someone off camera, reported to be Kidman, answers, “You don’t need it.”
“I do,” Hayek responds. We’ll be the first to concede that the interaction isn’t conclusive evidence of a feud between the stars involved, but others speculated online that Hayek and Kidman may loathe each other. In fact, a controversy erupted on social media, with some people believing that the encounter between the two actresses demonstrated bad blood. Other, less extreme hypotheses support the assumption that it was simply an ordinary meeting blown out of proportion.
Indeed, as if to settle the matter, Hayek later took to Instagram to share a series of photos from the night in question, including one of herself and Kidman. “Last night marked the grand conclusion of Paris Fashion Week 2025… Balenciaga and Demna for a fantastic show,” her caption said. Sunday Rose Kidman Urban, Kidman’s daughter with country star Keith Urban, made her runway debut at Paris Fashion Week on Tuesday, October 1, by opening Miu Miu’s spring/summer 2025 fashion show.
“I’ve been wanting to do this for so long,” Kidman Urban told Vogue. “So when the offer came through, it was really exciting and now the day’s finally here.” The kid confessed that she was “really stressed” at first, but as she learned everyone was “really nice,” she was able to relax and enjoy the experience.
