The video begins with a man and a boy. They went to Home Depot today, accompanied by filmmaker Anita Mander. They require some paint for a project. Most people dislike choosing a new paint color. It may appear that there are nearly limitless options: did you know that there are over 150,000 different types of white paint alone?

However, all of the inconveniences and frustrations that can accompany decision-making are beyond little Brock’s comprehension: he’s simply fascinated by all the different colors! In the video, Brock hands the camera woman a paint color card while holding another in his hand. “What about this one?” inquires the man who is holding him. Brock’s face brightens: he’s discovered a new color to look at.

He takes the color card, simply awestruck by its new hue. Brock compares the two cards before deciding to give the older one away. The little boy discovers another color and is simply taken aback. The man laughs and says he’s “shaking so much” from excitement. Brock is still enthralled, staring at the multicolored wall in front of him.

We hope Brock will continue to enjoy painting when he grows up. Who knows, maybe he’ll make a career out of it. After all, they say that if you enjoy what you do, it’s not “work.” Brock will never work a day in his life if he can keep this level of paint passion alive!
